Do\u011frulu\u011fu ile tan\u0131nan qPCR, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhisinde, tedavi etkinli\u011finin izlenmesinde ve genetik ve mikrobiyoloji alanlar\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda kritik bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p><p>qPCR, belirli genetik materyali \u00e7o\u011faltarak, hatta en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlar\u0131n tespit edilmesine olanak tan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fcksek hassasiyet ve \u00f6zg\u00fcll\u00fck, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenilir ve tekrarlanabilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar, bu da do\u011fru t\u0131bbi kararlar almak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. qPCR&#8217;nin do\u011frulu\u011fu, patojenlerin tespit edilmesinde, genetik mutasyonlar\u0131n belirlenmesinde ve gen ekspresyon seviyelerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesinde
