Enfekte ki\u015filerde ishal, kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, kanl\u0131 d\u0131\u015fk\u0131 gibi semptomlar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu test, 10-15 dakika i\u00e7inde sonu\u00e7 verir ve pozitif sonu\u00e7 durumunda hemen tedaviye ba\u015flanmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar. Kolayca uygulanabilmesi, testin klinik ve saha ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 son derece pratik hale getirir. H\u0131zl\u0131 sonu\u00e7 elde edilmesi, erken te\u015fhis ve zaman\u0131nda tedavi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>Test, <em>Entamoeba histolytica<\/em> enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 erken d\u00f6nemde tespit ederek, enfeksiyonun yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.
