Bunlar aras\u0131nda <strong>Hepatit B<\/strong>, d\u00fcnya genelinde karaci\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131na neden olan \u00f6nemli bir vir\u00fcs olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar. Hepatit B vir\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczeyinde yer alan kompleks bir antijen olan <strong>HBsAg<\/strong> (Hepatit B y\u00fczey antijeni), HBV enfeksiyonunun tan\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynar. HBsAg, enfekte bireylerin kan\u0131nda klinik semptomlar ba\u015flamadan <strong>2-3 hafta \u00f6nce<\/strong> bile tespit edilebilen ilk serolojik markerlerden biridir. Bu erken tespit, enfeksiyonun zaman\u0131nda te\u015fhis edilmesi ve y\u00f6netilmesi i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p><p><strong>HBsAg&#8217;nin<\/strong> serum veya plazma \u00f6rneklerinde tespiti, <strong>akut<\/strong> ve <strong>kronik aktif<\/strong> Hepatit B enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fhis etmek i\u00e7in temel bir y\u00f6ntemdir. HBsAg&#8217;nin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir bireyin aktif olarak Hepatit B vir\u00fcs\u00fcyle enfekte oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Akut d\u00f6nemde, HBsAg seviyeleri genellikle y\u00fckselir, \u00f6zellikle enfeksiyon semptomatik hale geldik\u00e7e, ard\u0131ndan v\u00fccut vir\u00fcs\u00fc temizlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131k\u00e7a seviyeler d\u00fc\u015fer. HBsAg d\u00fczeylerinin izlenmesi, sa\u011fl\u0131k profesyonellerine enfeksiyonun akut mu yoksa kronik mi oldu\u011funu belirlemede yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir. Kronik enfeksiyonlarda y\u00fcksek HBsAg seviyeleri uzun s\u00fcre devam edebilir ve tedavi edilmezse karaci\u011fer hasar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/p><p><strong>Hepatit B (HBsAg) H\u0131zl\u0131 Antijen Testi<\/strong>, serum veya plazma \u00f6rneklerinde <strong>HBsAg&#8217;nin<\/strong> h\u0131zl\u0131 ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde tespit edilmesini sa\u011flayan basit ve etkili bir <strong>imm\u00fcnokromatografik y\u00f6ntemdir<\/strong>. Test, sadece <strong>10-15 dakika<\/strong> i\u00e7inde sonu\u00e7 verir, bu da klinik ortamlarda h\u0131zl\u0131 kararlar almay\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar.
